Lord, You’re in Charge of the Doors–Isaiah 22:22-24

Today’s Scripture Reading: Isaiah 18:1-23:18

These verses spoke encouragement to me today:

I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.  He will bring honor to his family name, for I will drive him firmly in place like a nail in the wall.  They will give him great responsibility, and he will bring honor to even the lowliest members of his family.  –Isaiah 22:22-24

Father, thank You for Your Word. It gives me comfort.  I can rest in Your covering.  You will get Your plans accomplished in my life.  You will open and close the doors of opportunity. You will drive Your will for my life firmly in place a like a nail in the wall.

My prayer is that I bring honor to You and Your Kingdom.

Jesus, I trust You with the doors of opportunity!
